The Reddy Law Firm provides counsel to clients in matters involving a wide range of labor and employment issues. We provide representation to employees in disciplinary matters such as grievances and arbitrations. We advise and negotiate employment contracts to ensure that individual rights are protected. We also work with corporate and small business clients to develop personnel policies—including, most importantly, the company’s Employee Handbook—to help them address the tangled web of state and federal workplace regulations, pay practices, paid time off and vacation, overtime, non-discrimination and harassment, substance abuse and testing, attendance, and discipline. We also provide training to clients’ supervisory personnel to help clients properly implement these policies.
